TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:

My journey in the fitness field started right out of high school when I was lucky enough to get a job coaching the summer weight room program at Belle Plaine High School along with my former coaches. It was during that summer (and the following 2 as well) that I really developed my love for coaching and helping people to become better at whatever it is they are training for, whether it is for health or sport. My desire is to help people find a love for training and improve their daily lives through getting stronger and healthy.
