SAKWO – Sarah’s Ass Kicking Workout
This is an intense class that is ongoing. This class has a variety of intense moves like; Strength Training, Kettlebell’s, Plyometrics, Body moves, TRX…. It will challenge you on all levels, especially your cardio strength. Not recommended for those who are new to exercise.

  • Monday & Wednesday: 6:00 – 6:45 PM
  • 45 min – Total Body Boot camp Class
  • Sign up or Notification is Required!

Jacob’s Sunrise Circuit – now INCLUDED with membership!

This will be a fun energetic class to start your day off on the right foot. All are Welcome!  Jacob will keep the class interesting with a variety of Strength, Cardio, body moves that will challenge and empower you for the day ahead!

  • Mon, Wed, Fri: 5:15 – 6:00 AM

 

Jacob’s Evening Circuit – now INCLUDED with membership!

This will be a fun energetic class.  All are welcome!  Jacob will keep the class interesting with a variety of Strength, Cardio, body moves that will challenge and empower you for the day ahead!

Essentrics Apprentice Class – also INCLUDED with membership!

Full body workout suitable for all fitness levels that simultaneously combines stretching & strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. This class will increase flexibility & mobility for a healthy, toned & pain-free body.

  • Tue & Thur: 10:00 – 11:00 AM

 

Strength Training – Broken Down

1) In the day and age of UTube, everyone is becoming an Expert in strength… or ARE THEY?
2) Is there really Science behind exercise?
3) Is it cold out? The answer to that would be Yes.
4) Yes there is Science behind exercise, Yes Strength is for EVERYONE, NO, Utubers are NOT Strength experts. But Jacob is!!

Want to Educate yourself or maybe refresh yourself? Strength Training – Broken Down starts in February!

  • February Phase – Stabilization
  • March Phase – Endurance
  • April Phase – Hypertrophy
  • May Phase – Strength
    Each Phase MUST be completed in order to move to the next phase.

Each Phase is $75 and includes 8 Classes (limit 6 people per class).
