Jacob’s Sunrise Circuit – now INCLUDED with membership!

This will be a fun energetic class to start your day off on the right foot. All are Welcome!  Jacob will keep the class interesting with a variety of Strength, Cardio, body moves that will challenge and empower you for the day ahead!

Jacob’s Power Hour
This class is focused on learning strength training exercises and methods, increasing overall strength, and building muscle through the use of tried and proven training methods. Free weights are heavily utilized in this class while also using machines, bodyweight, and resistance bands to help fill in the gaps. Two of the training days will also feature a finisher circuit to give your aerobic conditioning a boost as well. Power hour will challenge you and make you work hard, but you will leave feeling accomplished and knowing you got better that day.
